When we locate an apartment that is a potential match, we also book an appointment for you to visit the unit at a time that works with your schedule. • Visits Assistance

  If you are planning a move to Montréal but cannot visit the city beforehand to search for an apartment, or if you would simply like an informed second opinion on a unit you are considering, 4 ½’s Visits Assistance is perfect for you!

  Renting from a distance is always risky. Even when photos of an apartment are available, it is difficult to get a feeling for its size, state of repair, or the area in which the building is located without visiting the apartment in person.

  4 ½ acts quickly to book an appointment to visit the apartment that you are considering. When on-site, we undertake a general inspection of the apartment and take photographs of the unit and the building. Following the visit, 4 ½ provides you with a detailed account of the apartment’s attributes and defects. Based on this information, you can make an informed decision on whether or not to sign a lease.
