Listings Assistance

Fees for Listings Assistance are based on your responses to the Apartment Search Criteria questionnaire. 4 ½ quotes you a fee for each vacancy listing we provide that matches your required search criteria. Fees are dependent upon the ease with which matches to your criteria can be found, and start at $25 per listing. Note that fees include the booking of appointments for all of your visits.

Visits Assistance

4 ½ charges a fixed fee of $75 for each apartment visit. If you would also like to receive photos of the unit and building, there is an additional $35 charge.

Note that clients already under contract for Listings Assistance will receive a 15% discount on Visits Assistance.
